What is registration?
Registering on behalf of your organization is necessary to use Saleswah. It is a simple process, takes barely 2 minutes, costs nothing. Yes, registration is free!
You will get Saleswah CRM for Sales free trial for 15 days as an admin user- with access to all the features. This should be enough time for you to test out all Saleswah functions and decide if Saleswah is for you.
What are the costs of using Saleswah?
We offer a simple license structure for users and admins to continue using Saleswah beyond the free trial period.
If you are an admin user (each company account requires one), then you can purchase one of the 3 types of licenses:
- Saleswah Solo: this type of admin account is renewable annually, offers full functionality but doesn’t allow adding other users.
- Saleswah Admin: Like Solo above, renewable annually but allows adding other users.
- Saleswah Lifetime Admin: All functionalities, valid over a lifetime. Additional user licenses must be purchased separately.
User licenses are also available for various users types like Sales, Service etc.
Can I cancel my paid subscription? Refunds?
We offer licenses on per user per month (or, at a substantial yearly discount). You can cancel your subscription anytime, but there will be no refund of the license fees paid. Please use the free trial period and our offer of free online demo to test out the product before subscribing.
Is Saleswah CRM for me?
For sales: if you are selling to other enterprises- big or small and your sales cycle has multiple touch-points, decision makers and stages, then Saleswah would be an ideal fit. Our customers are in capital goods, electronic hardware, software, publishing, manufacturing, consulting etc.
For service: If you are providing service to a large number field-installed equipment- think white goods, industrial products like gensets, CNC machines, compressors or even software, which requires you to visit onsite, then Saleswah is a good fit.

Other than license fees, what else do I pay for?
Nothing! We do not charge for storage as others do. We do not charge a start-up fee or set up fee. We do not charge for integrating with Google Apps or Microsoft Office 365 as others do.
Does Saleswah need training to use?
We do not think so; like any web-based software, we have built it to be intuitive and easy to use. We do provide training on request; but, we do not get a lot of requests for those.
What does a user need to use Saleswah?
Any computer or a smart- phone connected to the internet is all she needs. It is absolutely secure. Since we identify users by their email address, you need an email address as well.
How many users do I pay for?
You pay for all registered users. Payment needs to be made in advance; you can choose to pay monthly or avail significant cost savings by opting for our annual payment terms.
Why is Saleswah CRM on SAAS?
Saleswah is a SAAS CRM software. You never need to download a version or patches from our website. The new software versions are rolled out on the central application server, and it is non-disruptive.
Your software is always the very latest and the same code gets the benefit of feedback from thousands of users’ feedback.
Can you view or use my customer data?
we will do so under explicit written permission from you.
What about my data security?
Each client account has its own database and access to Saleswah is only possible through email and password combinations for specific client accounts.
