After you login, you will need to ensure your correct mobile number is entered in the system in order to receive those alerts. You hereby consent to receiving those alerts on your registered mobile number till you are a registered user on the system.
You further understand that you have an option to remove your stored mobile number from your profile in the event that you do not want to be contacted on mobile.
How we handle third-party personal information
When users set up an account with us for using services like Saleswah CRM, we provide them the opportunity to include third party personal information within their contacts and databases. This information may include third party names, email, phone numbers and physical addresses. If you handle other people’s data using Saleswah CRM apps, such as information about your customers or employees, you are entrusting that data to us for processing. If you use a Saleswah CRM mobile app and give the app access to your contacts and photo library, you are entrusting data to us. The data you entrust to us for processing is called service data.
You own your service data. We protect it, limit access to it, and only process it according to your instructions. You may access it, share it through third-party integrations, and request that we export or delete it.
We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use Saleswah CRM Services. After you terminate your account, your service data will be automatically deleted from our active database within 1 month or if you request, even sooner.

Use of Anwesha’s Services signifies your consent to such transfer of your data outside of your country. In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, we also keep backup copies of data including the contents of your Account. Hence your files and data may remain on our servers even after deletion or termination of your Account. We assure you that the contents of your Account will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible to employees of Anwesha in this capacity. We also do not process the contents of your Account for serving targeted advertisements.
Your Choice in Information Use
You will be required to register for our services by providing Personal Information. If you choose not to provide your Personal Information, we will be unable to provide you the services. We do not send promotional emails to our subscribers. We do however send service updates, policy changes and alerts regarding bills due through email. By subscribing to our service, you consent to receiving such notifications.
How secure is your information
We adopt industry appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your Personal Information, username, password, transaction information and data stored in your Account.
