A dashboard helps us focus on the key metrics in a business. While we always had dashboards, Saleswah Lite CRM (our app on the Windows Store) breaks new grounds in functionality, ease of use and navigation. Take the Saleswah Lite CRM Account Management Dashboard for instance.
First, this is what the Account Management screen looks like. A scroll bar to the left lists all the accounts in your charge, and the details of the selected account in the middle panel; with the list of contacts working for this account listed below. But it is really the right most- the panel in green which is the most interesting. This is the Account Management Dashboard in the Saleswah Lite.
Let’s focus on that Saleswah Lite CRM Account Management dashboard more closely. It is a series of vertically arranged tiles which show key business metrics that govern the relationship with this client. It tells you how many contacts you have within the organization, the number of pending “tasks”, open opportunities, forecast in the current month and the next.

Oh! And, did we tell you that the tiles are clickable- they take you to the “scene of action” as it is – click on the Live Deals tile and it will take you to the Deal Management screen with only the 1 deal listed on the left panel. Click on the Pending Tasks, and it takes you to the Task Management Screen with only the 7 Tasks pending against the Account. We always believed a Dashboard needs to be launchpad as well, and the Saleswah Lite CRM Account Management Dashboard just gives expression to our belief.
